Bodhi House is a space for movement, reflection, and creative expression.

Hi, I’m Shadi (meaning happiness in Persian, شادی).

I’m a workshop facilitator and integrative nutritionist. I create spaces for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and be in community. My work brings together movement, mindfulness, creative expression, and conversation in a way that feels grounding, open, and real.

Bodhi House grew from a desire to gather differently, to create spaces that feel intentional without being rigid and meaningful without being overwhelming.

Alongside workshops and group experiences, I also offer 1:1 nutrition support for those looking for more personalized care.

I create spaces for teams, boards, and community groups to slow down, connect, and come into alignment together. These sessions support team building and collaboration, helping groups communicate more openly and work together with greater ease.

Each gathering is thoughtfully designed based on your group’s needs and can include movement, guided reflection, creative expression, journaling, and shared conversation. The intention is to create a space that feels grounded, open, and real.

These sessions are especially supportive for groups who want to:

  • move out of routine and into something more intentional
